Nottingham Conservatives are very pleased to invite you to their free event, Pint and Politics. This is a monthly event held at different venues around Nottingham in which political issues are debated in informal and friendly surroundings over a pint.
This month’s Pint and Politics is appropriately titled, A Royal Wedding.
To celebrate the marriage of Harry and Meghan, Nottingham Conservatives are pleased to have as their guest speaker Steven Scott Kaye, who was previously in service to her Majesty as a Footman. He will be enthralling guests with what will be underway in the Palace in preparation for the Wedding.
You will be able to ask Steven questions.
This is a free event, there’s no obligation to buy food or drinks.
If you would like to eat, we will be offering a set menu at £15 per head to include:
1. Papadums and pickles
2. Onion bhajis, samosas, seekh kebabs
3. Lamb rogan josh, chicken bhuna, dal (vegetarian), mixed vegetables, pilau rice and naan bread
May’s, Pint and Politics will take place on Tuesday 15th May at 7.00 p.m. at the Laguna Tandoori Restaurant, Mount Street, Nottingham, NG1 6HE. There’s an NCP carpark directly opposite the restaurant and parking can be gained at a reasonable price through the Laguna. In order to make appropriate arrangements please inform us ahead of time if you plan to dine so that we can ensure a place at the Restaurant.
